Menu du Jour: The Paris Bisous

Last week Avec Weddings & Events designed a style shoot with a cool outdoor apéro theme. {Stay tuned for the photos!} In keeping with the look of the shoot, I needed to find an easy to make cocktail that was both equally tasty and photogenic. I tried a few different concoctions but in the end I went with a fun, flirty and refreshing cocktail I like to call the "Paris Bisous". {Yes I know, life is so difficult when you get to try out different cocktail recipes as part of your job!} And this my friends is what's on our Menu du Jour! It only has three ingredients, is super simple to make and tastes delicious. Try it out at your next soirée and be sure to impress your guests!

In a cocktail shaker full of ice, place:

  • 6cl of Lillet Rosé
  • 2cl of Crème de Pêche
  • 4.5cl of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

Glass: Cocktail

Garnish: Sprig of rosemary

Preparation: Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour into the glass using a cocktail strainer and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
