Chelsea & Quentin celebrated their romantic elopement for two in the Paris this past Spring! They opted for a quiet, intimate sunrise garden ceremony to kick off their old world Parisian love story and I was thrilled to help them out!
The early morning preparations began with hair and makeup at the couple's hotel in the city's Latin Quarter. The bride went with a stylish downdo and a bold red lip for her wedding day look. As a nod to her mother, she chose to wear the same scent of perfume, Tocca Florence; a soft floral fragrance invoking romance and sophistication that is said to conjure memories of old world Paris.
The bodice of the bride's wedding gown was adorned with a touch of shimmer and soft lace, a long train and even pockets! The groom wore an ever so smart and classic black tuxedo with a boutonnière to match his bride's pink peony bouquet. As a sweet personal touch, the bride pinned a brooch that had belonged to her Grandmother on the long pale pink silk ribbons of her bouquet. I just love these personal touches!
The ceremony took place just after sunrise in a quiet garden spot near the Trocadéro. It was as if they had the entire garden to themselves! After they said their I do's, the newlyweds were whisked around Paris in their chauffeured vintage Citroën DS for their photo session at the city's most iconic spots, Trocadéro, the Jardin des Tuileries, the Musée du Louvre and the Pont Alexandre III.
